Artists
We work regularly with a wide variety of incredibly respected artists to create unique experiences for our clients. Below are a few of the artists we work with through management and booking or partnership building.
The Take Under—Shane Silver and Jake Simon are the future of dance music. At 15 years old, these talented DJs have done a private performance for Paul Oakenfold, an after-party at the Thompson Beverly Hill during LA Fashion Week 2008, and gathered an impromptu dance crowd at the Abbot Kinney Festival. Pink Cloud provides management services for The Take Under.
Fallen Fruit—Fallen Fruit is an urban activist art project founded by David Burns, Matias Viegener, and Austin Young. Around their concept of “public fruit,” they initiate a variety of fascinating projects that encourage healthy interaction and collaboration amongst individuals, art institutions, and corporations. Pink Cloud uniquely collaborates with Fallen Fruit in the Neighborhood Infusions project, which captures the spirit of a neighborhood in a bottle. Pink Cloud built collaborations between Fallen Fruit and 360 Vodka as well as TRU Organic Vodka for installations at the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego, the TED conference, and the Abbot Kinney Festival.
Dublab—dublab is one of the first Internet radio stations, and the only Internet radio station that we listen to daily at Pink Cloud. dublab brings together incredibly talented musicians, djs, and visual artists to collaborate on projects that promote positive, forward movement in music both locally and around the world. Pink Cloud supports dublab through donation to its semi-annual fund drives, and in sponsoring dublab performances and happenings, including their installation with SASSAS at the Santa Monica Carousel during the Glow Festival and the premiere of Vision Version at the Silent Movie Theater.
