It’s hot, but Ian Shive is hotter

I’ve been a fan of nature photographer Ian Shive since he ditched his fancy ergonomic office chair for the wilds of nature and became a brilliant photographer for the National Parks Conservancy. Every chance I get to work with Ian, I take it - he’s mega-watt talented, professional, always on-the-go, with awesome stories and ideas. So it’s no surprise to me that this summer, while everyone seems to be wilting in the heat, Ian is actually turning it up.
Ian’s pics can now be downloaded off igoogle to bring nature to your desktop, he’ll have a feature on CurrentTV, and his first major book (224 pages, hardcover) is coming out - “The National Parks: Our American Landscape” - for which Pink Cloud is proudly co-hosting a reception with Treepeople in Ian’s honor. Still don’t believe he’s hot? Check out Ian’s blog and Twitter, good luck trying to keep up!
