There really aren’t enough words, pictures, videos, etc that I could give you to express how truly awesome this event that my friends at ArtDontSleep and Mochilla put on last night - and will continue to offer three more times. TIMELESS really does bring together generations, ideologies, music genres, races…I mean, really it was perfect and beautiful. Mulatu Astatke. AMAZING. Opening set with DJ Cut Chemist, brilliant. GO TO THE II of IV, A SUITE OF MA DUKES, YOU WONT REGRET IT. Purchase tickets ASAP, the show was sold out and many people were turned away after coming to Cal State LA. Suite for Ma Dukes hands down greatest show to date. Miguel killed it, controlling that orchestra.
